As a Restaurant Manager for Burger Buds Restaurants, you will manage a $1+ million small business, and every hour of every day will present you with new, exciting challenges. Responsibilities include measurable categories that are critical to our business. They include: quality, service, and cleanliness standards, profitability as it relates to controllable costs; maintaining ideal food costs and gross profit margins, maintaining labor planning budgets and scheduling, hiring and training team members, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Additionally, ensuring implemention of marketing programs, demonstrating strong people skills, timely administrative and computer skills. Finally, an ability to mentor a professional attitude with fairness that builds our reputation as the Burger King of choice for our customers as well your team.
